So, if you made your booking at 3pm, you should be able to unlock the car by 2.50pm after you have uploaded the car inspection photo and Selfie Validation, of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#00d3ff\"><a href=\"https:\/\/socarv2.onelink.me\/vk2q\/brandmarketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MoveSmarter with SOCAR today!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do I lock\/unlock the car?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlocking the car is easy! First, ensure that you have an active booking, and follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to Booking Tab &gt; Active Booking<\/li><li>Complete Selfie Validation&nbsp;<\/li><li>Upload Car Inspection Photos&nbsp;<\/li><li>Access to your SmartKey&nbsp;<\/li><li>Click on the Lock\/Unlock Button<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do I start the car?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SOCAR provides keyless access to start the car. Ensure that you are inside the car and follow the step below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Ensure that the gear shift is at Parking (P)<\/li><li>Step on the break and hold while you ush and hold the start button until the engine starts<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are not able to start the car even after following the steps, kindly reach out to our <a href=\"https:\/\/app.yellowmessenger.com\/pwa\/live\/x1608708652989\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Live Chat<\/span><\/a> Agents for further assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Does SOCAR provide a parking pass?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, we do. We provide a parking pass in the SOCAR for selected zones that require a pass to enter \/ exit.<br>You may find the parking pass in the sun-visor, dashboard, or side compartments of the door. Just remember to return it in the same location once you have used it to enter \/ exit the car park \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can\u2019t find the parking pass, please reach out to the Parking Management for assistance.
